Anecdotally had great ideas this month and a nice facilitation method for scenario based expertise transfer from the recent workshop with Klein and Lambe. I dig a little deeper to find the thesis of Neil Hintze who devised this technique and the basis and soundness did not surprise me. Then I created the attached template that can be used in the facilitation printed in booklet form. I feel the timeline/chronology representation of scenarios will suit in most cases. Thanks Shawn.
